1. Introduction

Welcome to Leyabelle Estetic Clinic Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website (www.leyabelle.co.uk) and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a booking.

2. Services

Leyabelle Estetic Clinic Ltd provides:

  • Aesthetic and beauty treatments
  • Spa and wellness therapies
  • Professional training and VTCT-accredited courses

All services are subject to availability, professional suitability, and prior booking.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly.
  • To secure your appointment, you may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount through our booking system (processed by Stripe).
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is accepted.
  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or staff unavailability.

4. Payments

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Prices for services are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and staff, please read the following policy:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) will be charged the full booking amount.

Rescheduling:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking, subject to availability.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the same payment method used during booking.
  • Training courses and Academy bookings may have specific cancellation rules; please check course details before enrolling.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or treat it as a no-show.

7. Medical Conditions & Liability

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
  • Leyabelle Estetic Clinic Ltd will not be held responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information was not disclosed.
  • All treatments are performed by qualified professionals using safe and approved products.

8. Academy & Training Courses

  • Course fees must be paid in full or via agreed instalments before starting.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before a course start date may not be eligible for refund.
  • Certificates (VTCT/ABT) are issued only upon full completion and payment.

9. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, videos, and design — is the property of Leyabelle Estetic Clinic Ltd and protected under UK copyright law.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety, Leyabelle Estetic Clinic Ltd shall not be held liable for:
