Marina oversees the entire operations of Leyabelle Clinic. She ensures high-quality training, assessments, and compliance. She is an experienced trainer, assessor, and IQA specialist, offering advanced treatments including laser, massage, facials, semi-permanent makeup (SPMU), waxing, and holistic therapies. Marina provides leadership, supports professional development, and ensures the clinic upholds its reputation for excellence.

The General Manager (GM) is the second most important leadership role within the Leyabelle group. Andrei Covaci is responsible for overseeing daily operations across the Clinic, Academy, and Wellness divisions, ensuring standards, procedures, and policies are followed at all times.

The GM serves as the main point of contact for staff, students, collaborators, clients, and service providers.
The CEO, Marina, handles only major decisions, approvals, and high-level strategy.

Andrei has the authority to:

• Make operational decisions in real time
• Lead and supervise all staff, students, collaborators, and facilitators
• Handle complaints, conflicts, and professional conduct issues
• Approve and manage daily tasks
• Enforce all Leyabelle policies and procedures
• Manage safety, maintenance, and facility functioning
• Communicate with suppliers, partners, and contractors
• Apply disciplinary action (with final CEO approval)

All operational matters must go through the General Manager before reaching the CEO.

Bernice is the first point of contact for staff and clients. She manages bookings, reception duties, and communication across the clinic. All staff report to her regarding daily tasks, client concerns, and scheduling. Bernice ensures smooth front-of-house operations and supports the Director and Manager with administrative and PA responsibilities.Also doing beauty Therapist Role

Nusrat provides professional massage, facial, waxing, brow, and threading services. She focuses on delivering high client satisfaction and maintaining a calm, professional environment. Nusrat ensures treatment areas are clean and organized, and she encourages rebooking and client loyalty.

Highly skilled in Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, and Deep Tissue Therapy, delivering advanced therapeutic treatments focused on relaxation, pain relief, and muscular rehabilitation.

Natasha specializes in lash treatments, micropigmentation, and brow services. She provides clients with expert advice on aftercare and maintains high hygiene standards. Natasha contributes to innovation within the beauty team by staying up to date with current trends.

Andrea provides professional makeup services for special occasions, events, and photoshoots. She ensures all clients leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Responsible for Leyabelle’s visual identity, professional graphic design, printed materials (brochures, flyers, banners, packaging), photography styling, brand layouts, and all creative direction for aesthetics and marketing visuals.

Responsible for professional hair extensions application, maintenance, restorative hair treatments, and premium hair-care services delivered inside the clinic.

Provides haircuts on-site at Leyabelle and collaborates externally by receiving client referrals for hair colouring at her own location. Supports Leyabelle as an affiliated hair expert.
